Speak not against others in their absence

Watch your steps... watch your words...

How I long to know you -

With love and respect
toward The One
must I try to picture you
with my words
when you are not there

Make no false claims

40 days are over. Going up the mountain. Look down at my life and my life, observe all my thoughtless thoughts and words.
I pray for strength to comply with each of my actions and words, so I do not intervere in my own or in any persons free will decision.

Every movement

I rarely let the word "No" escape
From my mouth

Because it is so plain to my soul

That God has shouted, "Yes! Yes! Yes!
To every luminous movement in Existence.

From Mabud

I have in 19 days had Iron rule No.1 i my head. Pray every day that I should organize my actions and words so I do not hurt anyone, or try to interverne in a persons free will decision. I struggle..

The danish translation

Make no false claims  - in an elderly danish version: "Do not pretend to be better than you are" ....  But how good am I? How good do I want to be? My Ideal Self, my conscientious self and my false self. 3 of me testing out life - swimming and staggering in promises and statements and - beneath them all  -  deep longing for The only Being - the Perfection of Love, Harmony and Beauty... Toward The One

Hayat and Evy

Evy and I are ordained and have started with Iron Rule 1
One becomes fast aware of how many times a day there is a need to follow this rule more consistently. Hopefully we will be more awake and present in thoughts, words and actions over time.We have made a Norwegian version to get a closer relationship with the rule:
"My conscientious self: Do not come with false allegations. Do not claim or take credit for what is not yours".
I must say that I feel that there is a huge task here. Currently, it feels heavy and not particularly joyful. But it is also exciting to venture into unknown terrain.

Fra Mabud

Started Sept. 23 with iron rule no. 1 It was a surprising encounter with a rule I have previously read, but not immersed myself in. Realized after the first day that this required a good dose of discipline. "Make no false claims," had a much broader and deeper significance than I was aware of.

A lot of work in everyday life is the meeting with other people. And manage to convey my words, thoughts and actions as honestly and conscientiously as possible. Without  facade of any kind. An even greater work is now in front of me when I realized the broader meaning of Rule No. 1, and that I will work with it on the deeper leveks of my self
Thought at first that a period of 40 days was too long for each rule, but now after a week I see that I will need it!
To know that others are "working on it" gives me great strength.
