Iron rule 2 in November

It gets darker every day now...  Soon the sun will be up only for some few, cold hours - in the middle of the day - here in Norway

I keep "forgetting" to recite Rule 2 in the mornings... had to put the sheet of paper in front of my computer to remember..
This rule I must recite earnestly and truthfully with my whole heart  - every day. Yes, Mabud ! The different social settings are difficult  - especially at work !!!
